MAT CLASSES

Pilates Mat Classes Mat work is the set of floor routines upon which all Pilates exercises are based. The series provides you with tools for developing high-level core stability, helps you reeducate your body to work from the core muscles. No prior Pilates experience necessary for any class. However, it is our recommendation that you the take the Introductory Three Privates before taking the Mixed-level Classes.  All classes are 50 to 55 minutes in duration. Mat Classes are limited to 8 students.






SPRINGBOARD CLASSES

Pilates springboard classes are an expansion on the traditional mat series using the Pilates Springboard. No prior Pilates experience necessary for any class. However, it is our recommendation that you take the Introductory Three Privates before taking the Mixed-level Springboard Classes. All classes are 50 to 55 minutes in duration. Classes are limited to 6 students.






REFORMER CLASSES

Expand on traditional Pilates with classes on the reformer machine. This total body workout is fun and invigorating. Prerequisite: Prior Reformer experience required for the intermediate or mixed-level Reformer classes. Students may take five beginning Reformer classes or three private sessions before advancing to higher-level Reformer classes.  All classes are 50 minutes in duration. Classes are limited to 4 students.
