On-Line Scheduling How To
To assure optimal use of our online software, please take a moment to read the directions and notes below.
Our online scheduler is live and secure. You will be able to view classes, workshops, and private appointment schedules. You will be able to sign up and make reservations, purchase services and manage your account.
On-line scheduling is blocked for 9 PM for next day/same day services. If you would like to attend a class or book an appointment but are blocked out of the on-line scheduling feel free to call us (415) -333-9133. Your call is important to us we check our messages thought out the day and return call as soon as possible.
STEP ONE
Createa user name and password. If you forget your log in information and are unable to retrieve it, please do not create a new log in, as it will produce duplicate accounts. Please contact the Studio and we will reset your password. If you are already a Centered Body Client for security purposes and protection of your personal information, you will need to be verified by the studio before you can access the on-line scheduling software.
SIGNING UP FOR CLASSES & WORKSHOPS & APPOINTMENTS
Look for the "Classes, Workshop, or Appointments" tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You will need to have a current class package in order to sign up on-line. If you do not have any available classes in your account, you will not be able to make the reservation online. Once you make a purchase using on-line store you will be able to schedule. If the class or workshop is full you will be prompted to be put on the wait list. Please feel free to do so as often a space will open up. If you are placed into a class from the wait list an email will be automatically sent to you requesting your response.
notes: Some instructors private/semi-private schedules may not be available on-line. If you would like a specific instructor and/or don't see a time that fit your needs give us a call and we will see what we can do. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. A late cancellation or no-show will automatically deduct one from your current package. If you would like to be regularly scheduled in a particular class or appointment time please in an ongoing basis, please let your instructor know and they can assist you. All workshops are by pre-registration only and are subject to cancellation if a minimum enrollment is not reached. You will be notified and refunded in the case of a cancellation.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Look for the "On-line Store" tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Once you click on the "On-line Store" tab you will see a menu bar just under the tabs that allows you to choose your purchases from "Privates and Classes", "Gift Certificate/ Card", and "Special Packages" All our packages have expiration dates. There are no refunds or transfers for expired classes. Please make your purchases carefully. When signing up for a class, the system will prompt you to purchase a minimum of one class of that type. If you do not have any available classes in your account, you will not be able to make the reservation online.
