PILATES MAT CLASSES
Pilates Mat Classes Mat work is the set of floor routines upon which all Pilates exercises are based. The series provides you with tools for developing high-level core stability, helps you reeducate your body to work from the "Powerhouse" (abdominals, back muscles, buttocks, and inner thighs). No prior pilates experience necessary for any class. However, it is our recommendation that you the take Beginning Mat Class or the Introductory Three Privates before taking the Mixed-level Classes.

PILATES SPRINGBOARD/MAT CLASSES
Pilates Springboard/Mat classes are an expansion on the traditional mat series using the Pilates Springboard, Magic Circle, Stability Ball, Roller, and Ab Ball. No prior Pilates experience necessary for any class. However, it is our recommendation that you take the Beginning Springboard/Mat Class or the Introductory Three Privates before taking the Mixed-level Springboard Classes..

PRENATAL PILATES CLASSES
Prenatal classes emphasize strength and flexibility of the pelvic floor muscles as well as keeping fit. The classes are a natural adaptation of Pilates reptorie. Any mother to be can attend after the sixth week of pregnancy with clearance from your doctor. No prior pilates experience necessary.
