INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private training sessions encompass sports-specific exercise, weight loss, rehabilitaion, pre/post-natal, and condition-specific training. The structure of any training session depends on your specific needs. We help you set realistic fitness goals, and then work together to achieve those new fitness goals quickly and efficiently.
Our mission is to provide you with the knowledge you need to become more physically fit, motivate you to achieve your goals, and challenge you in ways that will make fitness become fun and natural. We want to help you to feel good about your body, and work with you to establish a sustainable fitness regimen.
All sessions are 55 minutes in duration.
