Monday Evening, Wednesday Morning, and Weekend shifts available.

Centered Body Pilates has two charming, fully-equipped studios. One is on Potrero Hill and the other is in Glen Park. Both Studio is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment. We offer privates, semi-privates, springboard classes, and small group mat classes. The clientèle is solid and building.

Skilled teachers with the following qualifications:

- fully certified by a reputable program
- full knowledge of repertory and of all apparatus
- able to teach privates, semi-privates, & classes
- can modify work to accommodate specialized populations
- professional & reliable

All of our teachers are private contractors and must maintain their own business license andliability insurance. Competitive compensation.
