Individual Private Sessions

Training Sessions encompass overall fitness, sports-specific exercise, weight loss, rehabilitation, and pre/post-natal. The structure of any training session depends on your specific needs and goals. We try to make the sessions fun and challenging. All sessions are 50 to 55 minutes in duration. 










Semi-Private Sessions

Training Sessions for two people. The same as private training except there are two of you. While balancing needs and goal of two we try to make the sessions fun and challenging. All sessions are 50 to 55 minutes in duration.
