Robin discovered the Pilates Method while rehabilitating an injury. After a year of physical therapy didn’t produce results, she began working with a Pilates trainer. After only a few sessions, her injury improved dramatically. Already a dancer and avid cyclist, she chose to leave her career in the arts in order to pursue Pilates full time. Robin is certified through Balanced Body and continues to expand knowledge through specialized workshops and courses. She now works with students of all ages and physical needs to help them achieve their movement and fitness goals.
