Centered Body Wellness Level 1

This is a gentle, slower paced reformer class.  Ideal for people who want to work out mindfully and build strength. This class is suitable for people with limitations or new to Pilates.

Centered Body Foundations Level 2

In this reformer class learn to perform foundational exercises with emphasis on correct form and alignment. This class is suitable for beginners.   

Centered Body Tone and Strengthen Level 3

This is a fast paced reformer class that incorporates challenging exercises.  The resistance settings may be more advanced than in a Centered Body Foundations class.  This class is suitable for people who can perform beginning and intermediate level exercises with minimal modifications.

Centered Body Challenge Level 4

This is a challenging reformer workout that incorporates more advanced exercises.  Be prepared to sweat. This class is suitable for people who are free from injury and other physical limitations.
