REFORMER CLASSES

 

Centered Body Wellness Level 1

This is a gentle, slower paced reformer class.  Ideal for people who want to work out mindfully and build strength. This class is suitable for people with limitations or new to Pilates.

Centered Body Foundations Level 2

In this reformer class learn to perform foundational Pilates exercises with emphasis on correct form and alignment. This class is suitable for beginners.   

Centered Body Tone and Strengthen Level 3

This is a fast paced reformer class that incorporates challenging exercises.  The resistance settings may be more advanced than in a Centered Body Foundations class.  This class is suitable for people who can perform beginning and intermediate level exercises with minimal modifications.

Centered Body Yoga on the Reformer Level 3

Flow through Yoga poses with the support of the Reformer. The Reformer adds structure and enlivens engagement as you get the benefits of Yoga. This class is suitable for people who can perform balancing exercises while standing on the reformer. This class is for people who are free from injury and other physical limitations.

Centered Body Challenge Level 4

This is a challenging reformer workout that incorporates more advanced Pilates exercises.  Be prepared to sweat. This class is for people who are free from injury and other physical limitations.
